US Extended-Stay Hotels Bulletin: November 2023
Compared to the overall hotel industry, extended-stay hotel’s performance in November was mixed. Supply and demand
posted relative gains and occupancy declined less than the total hotel industry. However, relatively low ADR growth
contributed to a comparatively small increase in extended-stay hotel RevPar.
